Ford Brothers Wholesale Meats, Inc. was started as a small slaughter house in 1944 by Elmer Ford. In 1964, the business was handed down to the Ford siblings who continued to grow the business into a premier slaughter house and distributor of meat products.

In 2005, Ford brothers introduced a new trademark Label product call PADDY’S. Today, Ford Brothers has grown in to one of WNY’s largest wholesale distributors of beef, pork and poultry products. Look for our products at your local retailer, butcher shop and specialty market.

Each year over 90 ton of Paddy’s Corned Beef is produced at our West Valley Plant and distributed across the greater Western New York area and North Western Pennsylvania. Other Paddys’ Products include Peameal Bacon, Shaved Sirloin, Sliced Ribeye and Hamburger Patties.

New owners Mark Strub, Donna Rumfola, and staff are committed to continuing the mission of supplying quality meat, poultry and pork products to over 100 customers along with upholding the family tradition of customer service that has been the mainstay success of Ford Brothers Wholesale Meats Inc.
